For buyers

Orders, payment and delivery

Checkout by UPI, card or net banking, the 18% GST on your total, and the seven order statuses in the order you will see them.

Accepting a quote creates an order and takes you to checkout. You pay the quoted price plus 18% GST and a shipping estimate; the shop then makes your parts and ships them, and the order walks through seven statuses on the way. All of it is on the order page in Orders.

Checkout

You enter a delivery address in India, a contact number and an email, and choose how to pay — UPI (PhonePe, GPay and the rest), card, or net banking. Payment is handled by Razorpay, so your card and UPI details go to them, not to Yantra Bhavan or to the shop.

There is a Fulfilment Instructions box on the same page. Use it for the practical things a shop cannot guess — gate timings at your building, a security desk that needs a name, a request to call before delivery.

The seven statuses, in the order you will see them

StatusWhat it meansWhat moves it on
Order ReceivedThe order exists and is waiting for payment. You pay at checkout.
Payment ConfirmedYour payment has cleared and the shop can begin. The shop starts production.
In ProductionYour parts are being made on the shop floor. The shop finishes the run and moves to checking.
Quality CheckThe shop is checking dimensions and finish before packing. The shop passes it and packs.
PackedPacked and waiting for the courier. The shop hands it over and adds tracking.
ShippedIn transit. Tracking is available on the order. The courier delivers it.
DeliveredThe order arrived. This is the end of the flow.Nothing — but tell the shop if something is wrong.

Two more can appear at any point: Cancelled, and Refunded once money has been returned.

Tracking your delivery

When the shop hands the package to the courier, the order moves to Shipped and tracking details appear on the order page. Until then there is nothing to track — the parts are still in the workshop.

Your invoice

A GST invoice is available from the order page once payment is confirmed. If you are claiming input credit, make sure your GSTIN is on your profile before you check out — an invoice cannot be reissued with a number that was not on file when it was raised.

When something is wrong

  • The parts arrived damaged or out of spec. Photograph them before removing them from the packaging and message the shop on the order. Do this within a day or two — a shop can usually re-run a part quickly while the job is still set up on the machine.
  • The order is late. Ask the shop on the order first; delivery estimates are business days from payment, and a festival week moves everything.
  • Nothing is moving and the shop is not replying. Contact Support with the order number.
  • You need to cancel. There is no self-service cancel once payment is confirmed, because the shop may already have started. Message the shop, then support.

In short

Pay by UPI, card or net banking; the quote plus 18% GST plus shipping is your total. Watch the order through seven statuses, and raise anything wrong with the shop on the order itself. The full list of statuses across the product is in the status reference.
