Return & Refund Policy

1. Nature of the service

All Yantra Bhavan orders are custom-manufactured to your exact specifications, which makes the products non-returnable and non-exchangeable once produced.

1.2. Order cancellation

• Before production: Cancel anytime with a full refund before you provide explicit consent to upload your design file for manufacturing.
• After production starts: Once the design file is uploaded and manufacturing begins, the order cannot be cancelled and is not eligible for a refund.

2. Exceptions: refunds for defects only

Refunds or replacements are considered only in very limited situations.

• Manufacturing defects that render the product unusable (cracks, warping, lack of fusion).
• Gross deviations from approved specifications such as wrong material, scale, color, or finish.

Minor deviations within standard industry tolerances are not considered defects.

3. Claim process

Filing a claim

• Notify us within seven calendar days of receiving the product.
• Provide a detailed description of the defect or deviation.
• Include clear photos or videos demonstrating the issue, including packaging if shipping damage occurred.
