Shipping Policy
1. Vendor responsibility
- Vendors ship custom-manufactured products directly to customers once production is complete.
- Shipping costs are calculated based on size, weight, destination, and speed, and display in your final order total.
- Vendors are responsible for proper packaging to protect the product during transit.
2. Delivery timelines and risk
Estimated lead times
Lead times shown on quotes and confirmations are projections based on vendor capacity and carrier standards and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Production time
Production begins only after full payment clears and you grant final consent to upload the design file to the vendor.
Risk of loss
Risk and title transfer to you when the vendor hands the product to the carrier (FOB Origin/Ex Works). Yantra Bhavan is not liable for loss, damage, or theft during transit; file claims directly with the carrier.
Customs and import duties
Customers pay all customs duties, taxes, and fees when orders ship internationally.
3. Shipping disputes
If a dispute arises (non-delivery, extreme delay, etc.), Yantra Bhavan assists by liaising with the vendor and sharing tracking information, but we are not liable for carrier performance.
