Yantra Bhavan vs FabFlow

Two Indian marketplaces, and one of them prices the part before you submit it.

The closest Indian competitor there is — an open marketplace matching local fabricators, with free browser tools and no instant price.

The short version

FabFlow is the most direct comparison on this site: an Indian open marketplace matching buyers to local fabricators, based in Kochi with city pages across sixteen Indian cities.

They run free in-browser tools — an STL viewer, an FDM slicer, a Gerber viewer, text-to-CAD — with no sign-up, and they cover PCB manufacturing, which we do not.

The structural difference is how a price appears: theirs comes back from matched fabricators after you submit a job; ours is computed in your browser first.

Matching and pricing are different products

FabFlow is explicit that it emphasises local fabricator matching over instant quoting, and describes its journey as submit a job, match with fabricators, then compare quotes. That is a real model and it suits a job that needs a conversation. Ours answers a narrower question faster: what will this part cost, roughly, right now, before anyone is involved. If your part is unusual enough to need a human, their flow is better shaped for it.

They publish an llms.txt too

Worth saying, because it is unusual: FabFlow publishes machine-readable files describing their own site, and so do we. Most of this category does not. It made the comparison above easier to source honestly, and it is the reason their column has fewer blank cells than any other page on this site.

PCB is a real gap on our side

FabFlow covers PCB manufacturing and we do not, at all. If your project is a board plus an enclosure, they can quote both and we can only quote the enclosure.

Pick Yantra Bhavan when

You want an indicative price immediately rather than after a matching step, and you want the eight processes priced from each workshop’s own rate card.

Pick FabFlow when

You want PCB manufacturing alongside machining and printing, or you want free browser tools — an STL viewer, a slicer, a Gerber viewer, text-to-CAD — without creating an account. FabFlow describes those as free to start, and we have no equivalent.
