Yantra Bhavan vs 3DQue AutoFarm3D
They take the part off the bed. We decide what goes on it, across eight processes.
The one that actually takes the part off the bed — auto-ejection hardware plus free AI monitoring, on a narrow set of printers.
The short version
3DQue sells the missing physical step: kits that eject the finished part so the next job can start without anyone in the room.
AutoFarm3D adds queue management and QuinlyVision failure detection, with a free tier, and can be self-hosted.
It works with a defined set of machines, and like everything else here it is printing only.
Side by side
| Yantra Bhavan | 3DQue AutoFarm3D | |
|---|---|---|
| Processes managed | Eight processes — 3D printing, CNC milling and turning, laser and plasma cutting, waterjet, drag knife, and wire EDM — each with its own operation template. | FDM 3D printers on supported firmware. |
| Unattended running | The dispatcher can release the next job once a part is cleared. Clearing the bed is a person’s job. | Auto-ejection kits remove the finished part so the next job starts by itself. |
| Watching the print | Nothing equivalent. The operator confirms the outcome and the good count. | QuinlyVision failure detection, offered free. |
| Where the work comes from | Orders arrive from the Yantra Bhavan marketplace. You do not need a storefront of your own for work to appear in the queue. | Not stated on their site |
They solved the physical half; we scheduled the other one
Our dispatcher can release the next job as soon as a part is cleared — but something has to clear it, and on our floors that is a person. 3DQue’s kits are the reason their farms run overnight and ours do not. If lights-out is the goal, that hardware is the part you cannot skip, and it is not something a scheduler can substitute for.
Supported machines are the constraint to check first
The kits and the software work with a defined set of printers and firmware. That is inherent in automating a physical bed, and it is the first thing to confirm against your own fleet.
Pick Yantra Bhavan when
Your floor is more than printers and you want the orders arriving in the queue.
Pick 3DQue AutoFarm3D when
You want true unattended running overnight. Auto-ejection is hardware and nobody automates a floor without it — we sell no hardware and have no equivalent.
