Vendor Guide

From "New Order" to "Delivered"

Fulfilling an order is like a relay race. You (Production) pass the baton (Package) to the courier (Shipping) who crosses the finish line (Customer). Don't drop the baton!

The Production Relay

Step 1: Confirmed & Scheduled

When a customer accepts your quote, an order is Confirmed. Our system immediately places a tentative task on your Production Scheduler. This reserves machine capacity so you can plan your week.

Status Sync: Moving a task to "Printing" in the scheduler automatically notifies the buyer that production has begun.

Step 2: Quality Assurance (QC)

Before you ship, verify the part against the design. Our platform logs every production milestone, giving the buyer confidence in your facility's precision.

Step 3: Fulfillment & Tracking

Generate shipping labels directly from your dashboard. We integrate with major shipping partners to ensureAWB assignment and pickup schedulingare handled in one click.

Once the package is DISPATCHED, the tracking URL is shared with the customer automatically.

Step 4: Automatic Settlement

Your earnings are calculated the moment the order is marked asSHIPPED or DELIVERED.

Our settlement engine creates a ledger entry for your Net Earnings (Total - Platform Fee). You can track your available balance and request payouts from the Settlement dashboard.
